For a while it was pretty cool, but now its a thorn in my side. From day one i tried to imagine how it would all end, if it would even ever end. Im surprised it lasted as long as it did, but in the end it was bound to close one day.

Im no longer the same person i was when i opened this blog, im different. So like all good things this must come to an end. It was fun, and i learned alot, but i no longer have the interest to keep this blog opened. Sorry, but i just don't like it any more.

So whats next? when i opened this blog it was right before the end of freshmen year in highschool. Now im a jounier. I plan on oppening my own professional web site for colledge in the next few months and probobly opening a new blog. You can still visit my Deviant Art profile if you want to.
I spend most of my time there.

Well thats it. I've had alot of good fun, but its over. I have always hated goodbyes i tend to dwell on them, so ill just say this.

GOODBYE
FOR NOW

-JAMES H. I spent fourteen hours in the car today with my family driving from Dallas Texas to Albuquerque NM yeah so it kinda sucked. I think my strep throught is back and the right side of my face feels like its swelling but it doesn't look any different. I wish I took more artsy pictures on the road. I'm still debating weather or not to close this blog and start anew. there are a lot of posts on here that I wish I didn't still have on the index page. Especially "April" that has to be the sapiest piece of shit that I have ever written. Sadly however all of its true , and its probably as personal as I will let this blog ever become.

April seems like years ago. This post will be a first for this blog, it is the first and last post for the month of April. April was the absolute best month of my entire life. More of my dreams came true in April than in any other month. April was also the absolute worst month of my entire life. More of my fears came true in April than in any other month. So with it being the final hour of April I figured that I would tell the deaf ears of the internet, about April.

April is a month of anniversaries for me. This blog turned one year old on the thirteenth. After re-reading some old posts I have come to realize that it has made a huge improvement, as far as content goes. Wait never mind, this blog has made a huge over fucking all improvement. I mean I'm editing the HTML template myself for Christ sake, I'm making a faint effort to keep the blog updated. So yeah happy goddamned birthday, I fucking earned it, I really I'm Surprised that I could keep something up and running for a year.

This is also the month where Kurt Cobain stuck a spike in his vein and a cannon in his face, and then music died a little. I never knew the music of Kurt Cobain until after he died, much like most of the people of my age but I still listen, and I still call him a poet. He is a immortal now, with every time his songs are played, we are reminded that he never died.

Do you know what 4/20 is? Well if you do than you should go get high, because that's what people do on 4/20 they get fucking high, On marijuana, which is highly illegal. I did'nt smoke weed on 4/20, because I don't get high, or drink, or smoke cigarettes. People wouldn't guess this by just looking at me, but I'm very straight edge. I may look like a drunk, but I won't be getting high any time soon. I'm already a laid back paranoid Mother fucker.

And now for the most important thing that happened to my in April, happened on April first. It was my brothers birthday, which meant we got to do what ever he wanted to do. We went to our favorite restaurant, we went to see V For Vendetta, on iMax and then got a message from a really good friend, who was a girl, a girl I liked a lot, telling me to call her. So I called her, and she wanted to hang out. She came over with her friend and we hung out for a while, we watched some TV, and then her friend left the room. And she kissed me.

It was a good day, One of the best days of my entire life.

It was Tuesday before I decided that I had to call her and ask her if she wanted to do something on Friday. And she said yes. Friday came, and in the morning she gave me a note and I read it.
what a good letter, filled with words that made dreams turn to reality. Words like, "I've never felt this way before" and "Serious Relationship" I had never been so happy.

Friday night was a good night. We went to my house, I told her I wanted what she wanted, and we kissed again, again, and again. We went to the park, by the school that she went to when she was little. We walked around for a while and went to the playground where they have these speakers that you can talk to through. She tried to whisper something through it, but it was broken. As We were walking, I asked her what she wanted to tell me, she was reluctant, but I told her I wasn't going to be mad or upset. And then she told me the greatest words, I ever heard, "I think I love you" I kissed her, and said " I love you to" finally. I Kissed her by her favorite tree, and we drove back to my home. We kissed and made out some more, and then she went home.

Best day of my life.

The next day she came over to show me her prom dress, she was going with a friend of hers. She wore a red dress that she bought in new York. It was the best I had ever seen her. Over the next week we told everyone who needed to know about us, and on Friday I had to meet her family. By this time we were telling Eachother that we loved eachother on the phone. One night before a thunder storm, we talked on the phone for two hours, divulging personal information and getting into religious discussion. She Told me her worst fears and regrets. And then I made a promise that I swore my life to abide. "I Will Never Abondon You"

First time I ever made her cry, in a good way.

I told her stuff like, "I love you very much" and she said she needed time to think, and the she said she loved me and hung up. The next week was very odd. It was standardized test week and she had Sat Prep corses after school. Everthing was going fine until Friday, she left for church camp. She said she wanted to think about where she was in her life, and stuff like that. On Saturday a friend of mine contacted me and said that she contacted him and she told him that she was thinking of dumping me.

It was weird, those words turned my world upside down but it gave time to think and prepare myself. I started thinking about all the things we had shared, and actual began to think everything would be alright.

Monday came, and she dumped me.

She filled my head with words like "I love You Like A Brother" and "I still want to be friends". She said that it was getting to serious for her, she didn't know where she was in her life, and couldn't feel obligated. God help me I tried to save it, but it didn't work. It was the first time I had ever had my heart broken. What a miserable feeling.

The Worst day of my life.

I relationship lasted mere 24 days. But still she was the first woman I ever loved. We were really good friends for the longest time. I don't know if it can ever go back to the way it was. I don't know if she has found someone else. I don't know anything any more. I know I still Love her, I know I cannot be with here anymore, I know she changed my life forever.

I want to look her in the eye one day and not feel this bitterness anymore, not fell this kind of love anymore. I want to tell her that even though we cant be together any more, that I will still be her friend, and I will never forget her. And most importantly, how I will never break that promise, the one to keep her worst fear from coming true, the promise I made.

"I will never abandon you"

And I never will, she has been one of the best friends I have ever had, and I will never break my promise.

that's how my April was, its after midnight now, I have to get up, and flip the calendar.

V For Vendetta

V For Vendetta is the best movie I have seen all year. I saw it twice this weekend it was so good. I knew from the fact that its made from the creators of the matrix trilogy, that it would be action packed, but I feared that it would loose some of its "Comic Booky" element. But my fears were soon cast aside, V For Vendetta maintains a comic-book like movie status with out being to Hollywood-fakee.

V For Vendetta however, is not your average blow-shit-up summer movie. V maintains a highly complex political story with a broad line vocabulary. I prefer to call it the thinking mans movie, with explosions. I have not read V For Vendetta the comic book, but I have been told that it leaves many parts out. I'm considering purchasing the comic book, even though I have already seen the movie, and next week I plan on seeing it on IMAX with my family.

All attributes aside V For Vendetta produced one of the truest and meaningful quotes I have ever heard,

"People shouldn't be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people."
-V

Snakes On A Plane

Okay, I don't know if this is old news because I don't really pay attention to the up-coming movie community on the internet, but apparently Samuel L. Jackson is starring in a new movie coming this Summer titled, "Snakes on a Plane". Here's the plot summary,

"Snakes on a Plane stars Samuel L. Jackson as an FBI agent who is escorting an eye witness on a flight from Hawaii to Los Angeles when a crimelord sets in motion the release of hundreds of deadly snakes on the commercial airplane in order to eliminate the witness before he can testify against him. The FBI agent must protect his witness while banding together with the pilot, frightened crew and passengers in a desperate attempt to survive."

I first saw this image last week and thought it was a joke, and then when I googled, "Snakes On A Plane", my head filled with mind numbing amounts of colored happiness followed by a gentle warming sensation that was triggered by the utter ludicrous nature of this film.

Needless to say Snakes On A Plane has sparked an internet underground phenomenon not seen scenes chuck Norris. The internet joke doesn't have much steam yet because the movie is so far off but I'm betting its going to get better.

Besides all of the jokes, it really sounds like Samuel L. Jackson only did this movie as a joke. The plot summary sounds so ridiculous, there is almost no possibility that this movie won't leave a black mark on his career.

But I'm excited to to see this film. Why you ask? Simple.

Its Snakes,

On a plane,

Whith Samuel L. They're still puppies so their hyper. My last dog died only a mere 3 months ago due to cancer so I wonder if its to soon to get dogs. But I'm happy with them.

Today was the last day of spring break. It was a good break but still I wish I could have gotten more done. Despite its last ditch effort to remind people that "I'm still here, so put on a jacket" Yet the seedlings of spring are showing in buds that appear on every tree in the city. Spring is approaching, but winter is still here.

I'm still so very bored.

Dru called to give me some bad news. Its private so I won't go into details, but he was pretty bumbed. I did more laundry. Why is it that I always eel like doing laundry, and cleaning. The TAKS went pretty well, had time for a nap after the test. Even though I don't like to sleep in public because you never know what you do in your sleep. And I need to be comfortable when I doze.

The Daily Show was new tonight, and so is The Colbert Report (I'm watching it right now, apparently Stephen was on vacation). Heard a rumor that LOST is a re-run tomorrow. I haven't been this bored in a long time. It was a three day weekend because its presidents day, and I'm not ungrateful, I'm sure old Abe Lincon wanted school children and members of the working class to have a day off right after the flowers and candy of valentines day have died and been eaten, but fuck man, I'm bored.

I went to the mall with my family and Dru today, right after my father returned from hi 4 day business trip to Arizona. All I really bought was 2 shirts at Hot Topic. Looked at some stores, didn't see anything, so I left. That was the highlight of my day. After hanging out with Dru for a little while, he left, and then the boredom ensued.

Now been feeling a little under the weather, but my flu is almost gone, and my the holes in the back of my mouth where my wisdom teeth used to reside, don't hurt any more, so I figured I could get some work done around the house. This "Work" included, but was not limited to, doing laundry, tightening the handles on the laundry room cabinet, and watching almost every channel in between 39 and 500, and still being bored.

its 10:30 now, no ones on myspce, or AIM, and The Daily Show was a re-run (probably because its presidents day) and so is the Colbert Report ( which is on now, and its from February 8th).

I was looking through my usual message boards before I started this blog post. I found something that really struck a heart string. The F-14 "Tomcat" is no more.

"The Navy announced Thursday that the last F-14 combat mission was completed Feb. 8, when a pair of Tomcats landed aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt after one dropped a bomb in Iraq."
-USA Today

The F-14 "Tomcat" has always been my favorite of all American fighters. Ever sense I saw it in, TOP GUN, with Tom Cruise. The f-14 is more than just a jet, it was the jet that inspired Shoji Kawamori to design the VF-1 "Valkyrie" the transformable jet from Macross, my favorite Anime.

The F-14 will be missed, it has held a special spot in my heart for so long, and I will not soon forget it.

Good Bye Old Freind.

Tomorrow, I have a standardized test. The TAKS, I don't know what TAKS stands for, the t is for Texas, but besides that I don't know. I'm off to do a little more web surfing before bed. And to all fans of the f-14 my I just say,

"That's a negative ghostrider, the pattern is full."

Good Night.

Summer in February.

I woke up today at the chipper time of 2:25pm, put on my pants, did my morning/afternoon ritual, and turned on my computer when the little Konfabulater Widget that tells me my whether said that it was 84 degrees outside. In FEBRUARY. Now I've Ben home sick for the last three days or so, but I'm not that delirious, 84 degrees in February is hot. Even in the big mo-fo'n D, Dallas Texas.

I've only lived here in Dallas for almost two years. There's very little about Palm Springs CA I miss, except for the weather. The weather defiantly kicks D's ass, mainly because it was dryer in the summer, and it actually rained in the winter. Here in Dallas the weather is sporadic, and un predictable which makes the weather men look like retarded baboons. But in So-Cal the weather was predictable. Hot 'n' Sunny which made the So-Cal weather men look like NON-Retarded monkeys.

Despite my mighty disappointment that this is my second Dallas winter and its looking less and less likely that we'll get a snow, I can still hold my head up high, because tomorrow, the high is 48, and rainy. Plus its just two months from tornado season.

I Spell valentines Day Without S.E.X. Went to the doctor today, and took a flu test. The test came out negative but it feels like I've got the flu. It doesn't matter, I cant miss any more school or I'm going to fail sophomore year, so I'll just have to vomit during passing periods.

But none of it matters, because today is Tuesday, which means tomorrow is an even more important day than valentines day, LOST day. It was just one of those days where all the pieces fit together neatly. So neatly that I looked at amazement at how good this day was going. Besides the fact that I didn't have my English essay typed, or turned in a massive amount of speech makeup work which ensures a failing grade for the first Six weeks of the semester. But besides that literally nothing went wrong. Except for the fact that I had no appetite, all day, which for me is incredibly odd.

Also I spent a few hours on Sunday re-doing the layout of the website. I aligned everything in to a table just to make things easier, so I think we'll be sticking with this layout for a while.

Cheneys Got A Gun

Cheney Visual Hunting Aid

What a great weekend.

Soo Cold.

I'm sixck again, my teeth hurt, i have a migrane, and i did'nt finish my essay. It's been a long time sense I actually read anything in the category of literature. I picked up "Naked Pictures of Famous People" by the man himself, John Stewart. Haven't started reading it yet, but tomorrow is reading day at school. That's right even in high school, there's mandatory reading day, because we is gonna proove U.S. schools am not dumbest.

I love going to the book store, its a great way to observe people in public places. I don't know what the study of people in public/Urban areas is called, but I've always been fascinated by it. It's really an odd study, the only famous person I've heard of doing this for a living is Speed Levitch. I often find my self enjoying the atmospheres of public places like malls, and Airports. Mainly airports, I've been known to just go and hang out at airports and watch the planes take off. I've been doing it sense I was just a wee one, and continue to do it today.

Huh, I started rambling again, what was I talking about?

Oh yeah, I'm working on changing the web site lay out. The only way I could see Macross it its original version was to buy the DVD's one by one, subtitled of course.

After I bought every Macross DVD one by one off of the internet, I bought almost every macross sequel from various Web vendors.
Scence then, I have become a Macross fan boy.
I'm a person who usually wont admit that he is in fact a precocious fanboy over any series, but Macross has a special place in my heart. It is my favorite of all anime series that I have ever seen, and nothing to date has ever changed that.

Two weeks ago I bought the first ever un-cut English release of Macross on DVD. Of course I bought the special edition DVD with the box that can contain all the DVD's after future release. I finally got around to watching it today. And I'm pleased.

The only voice I recognized was that of the protagonist Hikaru Ichijio, who is voiced by the same voice as Edward on Full Metal Alchemist. And he fits the character perfectly. Most of the voice actors do fit there character very well, seeing as the show is 23 years old, the did a very good job.

Besides the misfortune of pronouncing Macross "Muh-Cross" which I'm sure will be the headnote of the reputation of the macross dub in the macross underworld. But I'm fully pleased, it brings back all the good memories.

That was fun, I gotta write more anime reviews.

Today is LOST day

So that means it's okay for me to miss the grammies. I skimmed Rolling Stones review of the grammies, I didn't see Moby, nominated for anything, no Led Zeppelin tribute, so I thought it was okay to miss the grammies. I did see the White Stripes nominated for best alternative album, that's good.

Still LOST is better than over popular whose-more-mainstream music trophy show.

Today is Wednesday, and all is right with the world as long as LOST is on, I remembered that Samurai Champloo is on at 11:30 so that's two new shows for me to keep my self entertained on for a brief amount of time.

I stayed home again to day because I felt light headed. Before you think me a pussy, I passed out in the bathroom out of light-headed-ness. My excuse wears off tomorrow, which means I have no choice but to go back to school.

School's fun but don't get me wrong I fucking hate going to learn about things I don't need to know 1/3rd the time. I'd rather be home sleeping, or watching LOST. And for the last 3 days, I got away with doing just that. And all It took was getting four teeth removed. I didn't blog yesterday because I was so doped out on the vicoden that I knew I wouldn't remember it. I don't really remember a lot about yesterday except I my chin was numb for about 12 hours, and I could barely talk.

Vicoden is a hell of a drug, it makes you light headed, dizzy and sleepy all at the same time. At the same time I felt utterly useless, and unable to do the simplest of tasks, such as feeding my self. It's strange what you miss when your doped up on drugs. Yesterday I saw a taco bell commercial, now I'm one who isn't afraid to say, "I hate Taco Bell!" but man, now I want a fucking taco! Not just a taco, maybe a big Mack, and a coke, Jesus Christ I'm sick of ice cream and pudding. That's right I never thought I'd say that I was sick of ice cream and pudding but God Damn I need some solid food in me.

Time for more Vicoden before the daily show starts.

Steel Sunday

Steelers Win

Good game, especially when I only watch for the commercials.

I Feel Like I Just Got Dumped

I cut my hair short recently. I thought I'd be happy with it, but I'm Not. I don't think that there is any more activity more tedious and annoying than waiting for hair to grow. It's gone take months for it to grow back to its original Length, but now I just want it a little longer. I can't really bitch about this to much because its fucking hair, there's not much I can do except wait for 3 months, and then cut it so it looks good.

I'm usually never real happy with my hair cuts, witch sucks because the reason I get hair cuts is because I didn't like my hair the way it was. I don't know what it is that makes me complain about things that I can't change but I still do. I wish there was a law, kind of a moral rule that said if your going to complain about something that you can change, then you must change it. But you cant complain about something that you can't change.

First Post In A While.

its been a while sense my last post, I wont lie, January is now un-salvageable. It consisted of listening to Howard Sterns final FM radio broadcast on a shower radio hooked onto a window blind pull string, waking logon up to un-godly tunes of Fall out boy and 3-doors down, snorting caffeine mints, having a brief but freindly fist fight, and a quick nap.

Long story short, seventh period exam was first today, and when you have a giant study hall for seventh period, there are no exams. But why come so early in the morn when there is no exam you ask? Simple, Texas state law and mandatory school quotas prohibit any students from being excused from an exam. If a student fails to show up to an exam, or even a class room where exam like activities my or my not take place, they get a zero as an exam grade.

and for the record, a zero as an exam grade is like a bullet in the stomach.

Now I won't go into great detail of what happened between seventh and third period exams, except, I had a lot of caffeine, and abunch of people got dumped.

The third perriod exam was a lot different, in some ways. Since it was Gym, and all we do is slack off any why, it seemed like today would be an easy exam.
The coach didn't show up for an hour into the exam.

4 kids decided to play football, 3 kids wanted to playmy PSP, and I invented, a pastime called "Chair Sledding".

Its exactly what it sounds.

we got to leave an hour before the bell rang, because its gym, and hes sick of dealing with us.

Monday and Tuesday, are half days. Mondays exam doesn't start until 11:30, and Tuesdays are both easy. Its been a great semester, way better than lasts years first semester.

Good Times.

Of Mice And Mines

In the not too distant future, a small library in the desolate valley of Nevada, a scientist, and a man in a mouse costume, are conducting experiments on mice in order to turn cheese into an alternative fuel source for military operatives in the Middle East. These two brave souls dare to tamper with god’s divine creation, and dance upon the fine line moral, and immoral. The job of the man in the cheese costume is to learn the ways of the mice, infiltrate their communities, and learn there customs, to complete the mission. Supervising the mission is Ernest Vanderbelt, reporting back to the president of the United States. And somewhere in the vast reaches of outer space, a light bulb explodes.

It was the final day of the project, the man in the mouse costume was having an argument with Dr. Vanderbelt over the differences between white and eggshell when an explosion of Immense proportion, rocked the premises. “What was that?!!” exclaimed Dr. Vanderbelt, “Don’t know” said the man in the mouse costume. “Quickly!” shouted Ernest, “To the lounge” the duo took refuge in the lounge ducking behind the couch.

“What was that” quarried Ernest. “Perhaps ie was the orphan reactor” States the mouse man. “Ah yes!” Ernest said, placing his chin between his thumb and index finger, as if he were completely oblivious to the danger around him, “Powered by the souls of un wanted orphans.” “My God!” exclaimed Ernest, “The blast will surly free the mice”

With little time to waste Ernest dashed over to a button tucked between the coffee maker and the orange peeler, covered in a glass box with bright red font that stated, “in case of free mice, break glass” Ernest was quick to break the glass, he uncovered a red button with a silhouette. Ernest pushed down on the button just as another tremor rocked the lounge. He then dashed back towards the couch with the man in the mouse costume. The two men waited, and then came the roaring bear cry echoing from the halls, followed by the sound of a thousand squeaking mice, and then there was nothing, except the silence.

The two men rose from there refuge, to silent lounge. “Glad that’s over.” Said the man in the mouse costume, he was relived that the situation had concluded, but was aware of the hard work that would have to be redone. “Indeed” said Dr. Vanderbelt, lighting his pipe, lifting one eyebrow inquisitively. Then came, the roar of a blow whistle, whoooooooooooooooooooo! It went. Dr. Vanderbelt removed his pipe from his mouth, pointed a finger in the air and exclaimed, “TO THE MINES!”

THE END

Somewhere In Space a Lightbulb Explodes

it's the sunday before finals week and i feel like shit. Especially after a week long one like the one I just had. After a week, your mind becomes deluded with thoughts, positive thoughts. You begins to think stuff like, This shit aint so bad, and I can do this for three more weeks. All of which you don't realize is bull shit until you live through the Monday after.

It's like taking every Monday after an elogated break and warping it up into and enchiladas made from a torridly cut from the skin of the damned. It is reminder of the true nature of the beast, that this is high school, and everyone is against you all the time.

I let my guard down, I had become softened with the turkey, I let my Gates slip out from under me, I got behind on my projects, and I didn't do my homework. In short, I'm Fucked.

Three weeks till mid term finals, and I won't be ready, I was'nt ready last year I won't be ready this year. I don't know if it was me if theme, but people just seemed different this week.

Some acted as if they had only met me three minutes ago, others looked at me as if my hair was on fire, and some just plain ignored me. Nothings worse than being ignored, especially, in highschool.

For some reason when people begin to think I'm insane, I blame my own behavior, which is probably best because they wouldn't be acting this way if I hadn't done something to make it so.

But I must remember, that oddly enough I am an outsider. Not to sound like one of those EMO kids who sits in the corner all alone whining about problems he has instead of doing what he can to fix them like a 5 year old in kindergarten, because god knows I'm not one of those. Hell I maybe an outcast but that just means I hang out with the other outcast's.

Come to think of it, they didn't act weird around me, huh I guess that's proof of my social status as an outsider.

Wow, this post has no pint.

Quarry Yonder Dwellings

I think its very important to keep a clean household. Well, not really the household, just the bedroom. Because if women are ever to infiltrate your home, for "coffee" or "laundry" it's the one room that must be clean to impress. All others can look like shit, as long as the bedrooms clean.

I personally, have stopped worrying about the cleanliness of my office, and am only worried about the state of my bedroom.

Now being young, I have an advantage over decorating my room. I can put posters of whatever the hell I want all over my walls, instead of fruity paintings, and flower vases in the bathroom.

I used to try to keep my walls in my bedroom as bear as possible, except for the three Star Wars posters that hand over my bed, which are in tribute to the greatest movie trilogy of all time, but in recent times, my office has filled with posters, as an effect of over postering my office.

is postering a word?

Tony pierce once said,"If you have a good blog, you probably have a bad job. If you have a good web site, you probably have a dull life; if you have a good job, you probably have a bad blog, and if you have a bad site your normal."

I'm not employed, my life isn't dull but hardly eventful, and I'm hardly normal, so I don;t know where I fit into this equation.

Some people try to call me a blog whore because I spend way to much time reading other peoples blogs and trying to modify my blog than I should, I don't know if blogging qualifies as a hobby, but that's what I try to dismiss it as.

I don;t believe that I am in fact blogging, I just believe that I am transferring raw thoughts into text on the internet for other peoples amusement. Again, I don't know if that is how blogging is defined but if it is than I qualify as a blogeer.

The reason I think I am a bad blogger is because I can't seem to stay on topic. Take this post for example, I started out typing about keeping your room clean and now I am questioning my own blogging methods. Sigh, maybe I should pick up one of those how to blog books. That should present and interesting read.

Fucking Cold

Here comes the cold bitches!!!

Just four more days, and then thanksgiving.

The Weekend

Couple of false starts on this one. I've said before that its good to have weekends where you do nothing at all, but not every weekend. This was one of those weekends. I didn't leave the house. I actually did less this weekend than I did last weekend and it was very boring. You can't do anything, you feel lightheaded, stuffed up, and just like plain shit. When I'm at home (usually the weekends) I'm always doing something. Weather it be cleaning, homework, laundry, or blogging. But today was different. Today I was sick.

This morning I woke up at 6:45 just like any other day. I said "2" out loud as I do every morning (I always say the day of the school week it is as soon as I put my feet on the floor to remind me of how far away the weekend truly is) put on my sweat pants to go down stairs. And yet today was different my sinus headache was so bad, I nearly fell down the stairs. I simply assumed that I could take some medicine and it would take care of my pain, alas a dilemma crossed my path. The medicine I took last night hadn't worn off yet. Once my mother discovered this, she refused to give me any medicine, and told me to go back to bed, I would be missing school today.

At first I was jubilant, I could wake up at about nine, and catch up on reading blogs and do school work. That's not how it happened at all. Instead I woke up at about noon, had ice cream for lunch, did, no school work, and read blogs and webcomics for the rest of the day. I did manage to clean my room and office, and I did download pink floyds, Dark Side Of The Moon, finally.

I remember the days of childhood when sick days used to be fun. I would take any chance to stay home even if it meant being terminally ill. Those days are over now, I can barely type this my cold is so bad. All I can do now is sleep, seeing as I have also reached the age where I can go to school sick.

The Day At Rest

Few of my weekends are spent well. This weekend I feel was one of the few I actually enjoyed. For those of you who know me, I'd like to think you've come to know me as a productive idividual. I like to find ways to get things done even if there things I don't really need to do. This weekend was one of those situations.

I bought two new albums this weekend. I'm a person who needs to be listening to music everyday. The only real critics I listen to are mainly my friends for music. Recently I friend of mine recommended that I check out bloc party. Now let me make it clear that not all of my friends musical recommendations are sound, and yet I still check them out just to make sure.

Bloc Party's Silent Alarm ended up being a really good choice. They kind of sound like Coldplay meets Radiohead. I find it hard to find mainstream music that doesn't suck, and yet this album doesn't disappoint.

The second album I bought did require a recommendation to purchase. Led Zeppelins, Physical Gaffitti.
Considered to be Led Zeppelins last great album, Physical Graffiti was released in 1975. Now Led Zeppelin is my favorite band, it hasn't been for very long, but I think I can recognize innovation when I hear it. My mom has been telling me to listen to the song "Boogie With Stu" for along time. I can honestly say that was one of the best songs i've heard in a while.

All and all, it was a pretty good weekend even though I barely left the house. I should have more weekends like this. But, lazy days are like a good Jones Cream Soda, if you have one every day, it does'nt taste as good, and then you die because you have been drinking a soda that has like 1500 calories in one bottle.

Good Times.

What's Done Is Done: Let us Dance On The Morning Sun

Rarely does one get to molest time as if it were a passed out hooker, at a friends party, but this weekend has been such an opportunity. My brother is sick and my hypocritical parents, who say life isn't fair, don't want leave the house as we do every weekend because it wont be fair to my brother.
Tomorrow, or rather today, seeing as it is one in the morning I may venture to the local bookstore. I don't need books, hell I bearly read books besides the occasional Manga. I don;t know why I go to the book store. I keep telling myself that when I get my powebook I'm going to spend time at the bookstore working. That seems to be the only reason I have for going, and yet I still venture repeatedly.

A girl recently told me she loved football but doesn't know the first goddamned thing about football, she just likes to feel really close to the action (shies a school photographer, she gets to stay on the sidelines) I think that is the most interesting thing I've heard someone say in a long time. Now I realize that the fact that I go to the bookstore just because I like bookstores may be interesting to other people, and the more interesting facts I have going for me, the more interesting people I will meet. The endless cycle continues.

Heh this is good, my posts are starting to make no sense, and lack a point. But isn't that what Blogs are for?

Like A Robot In The Wind

It was a pep rally day today. That means that I got a free period between 2nd and 3rd period to chill in the "cafetorrium". I hate that word, "pep rally" I'm not much for extreme school spirit, this school has done enough to me to piss me off.

there's not much to do in a cafetorrium except sit, talk, and eat. I find it hard to actually find time to talk to my friends, an I can't remember if I said this before, but the friends I've met at this school are the most interstice I have ever found ant any school.

Last year was such a terrible year. I must admit that I hat the odds stacked against my favor. I had just moved to an area where most people had lived most of there lives. I remember I spent the first semester totally alone, waiting for friends to find me, wick was my allusion that it was easy because I had come from a school where my class (my only class) was 24 kids.

Freshman year was a real learning experience. Wick main lesson was, stop fucking up you moron.

I can say with much confidence that this has been and will be better than last year. I think I have lightened up a bit. I'm no longer the egotistical, loudmouth nerd I used to be. But change does not, nor ever has come easy for me. The term, "beat some fucking sense into you" applies to me, for I'm a stubborn bastard.

I never embrace change, I never took the advice I probably should have, I never thought ahead, I simply thought I would always be alone. My attitude was a mistake by comparison to the one I have donned now. I have learned to bend, take the advice of others, and look ahead more than five minutes in front of my face.

Today, I like to share my past experiences to younger people just like me. And of course the don't give a fuck, because they are just like me. Like I was, Like a robot in the wind.

Aww, Fuck! Another pointless post. I promise the next one will be about gas prices, or bush or what ever the hell.

Just An Earthbound Misfit

Shit is a word with many faces. It is a dangerous word, both retaining meaning to fecal matter and miscellaneous events and or items that are bad or un wanted. In this post the meaning of the word shit is resembling to to poor quality, and events retaining a negative manner.

Last week was one of the worst, no the worst week I've had all year. When the little pieces of the puzzle don;t fall into place, nothing works. When you forget you $300.00 cellphone, you cant take pictures of your friends while having the pseudo intention of showing off how much money you have. When you forget to charge your iPod you go to every class living in the fear that you won't make the transition from Set control's For The Heart Of The Sun to Time. When your wearing clothes you think makes you look outlandish you get paranoid. Went shit doesn't fall in place, you're fucked

I am a strict believer that depression can be self cured, with the words "Fucking Deal With it You Pussy" of course these words should only be said to men, or boys over the age of 13. Never say these words to a girl, they don't like being yelled at, or being called a pussy. If a girl is depressed simply do anything you can to make her smile, because nothing will depress you more than someone who knows your depressed and doesn't due anything for you.

Simple cures for the blues work on both men and women. If its winter drink coffee, if its summer drink coke. Listen to good music, theres beauty in good music. its so beautiful, it will make you happy. Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and other songs that make you happy.

Depression itself is a fucking murderer. It is the quicksand of human emotion. Once it strikes it carries everyone it the epicenter down with it. Drugs, no matter how the much the doctor tells you makes it worse. The truth is that in the eyes of deepest folly, one can only look up, This is the advice I give those who only look down, and so should you.

I suppose this post didn't have any real purpose, just more of my rambling. I had planned on opening 3 new galleries today on flicker in addition to the three I have now, but flicker won't let anyone with a free account open more than three photo sets. Now today I spent a rather large amount of money, including a subscription to deviant art, so I thought I should sleep on such a decision.

one thing I really think is important when having a blog, is the ability to share photos with the curious. Flicker seems to be the ideal service for such an undertaking. That is why I think owning such an account will; help motivate my desire to blog here more often. My pay pal account is rather fucked at the moment so when ever I can get that sorted out, I shall precede to by the flicker account. Its like you have no controls over whets happening around you? I had one of those weeks, and it just ended. Nothing terribly life altering happened to shake the very foundations of my perception of reality or anything, Just an out of sync week. Things happened like, I kept forgetting to bring my cell phone, and my wallet, my clothes aren't fitting anymore. IM happy that IM loosing weight because IM getting very concerned about my health, but an annoying side effect is that everything that once was snug now fits like a clown costume. So I must obtain new clothing. Today I lost five dollars of my lunch money, Five GODDAMNED DOLLARS!!!11!! That's one cheeseburger and a Monster.

threes not much one can do in a situation like this except put it behind you. However no experience is useless, you must use the experience to learn how to avoid the shit that caused it to happen in the first place. In the future I expect myself to be able to spot the shit before it happens, so I might duck, instead of just standing there, with out an umbrella.

5th Generation iPod

Ok, the new ipod is here and to everyone's surprise, it plays video. Of course when people really think about it there's not much more an iPod has left to do than do your laundy. I've been waiting sense march to see Apple's counter to Sonys PSP, and now I have, and I'm vary impressed. Right now, I'm on my third iPod and looking into getting my battery replaced on my 3rd Gen iPod That I got back in 2004. Now as for the iPods specs, there very good. The video playback is superb, vary high. Unfortunately you can't use the old Docks, or Firewire. This is kinda a downer because I'm going to have to invest in all new ipod accessories. And make no mistake I have put money aside to purchase this. My feature on this new machine is suprisingly that it's black.. I tend to try to buy all of my electronics, and accessories in black.

1/60 Strike Freedom Gundam

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the biggest Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny fan in the world, but when I saw the 1/60 strike freedom, my jaw dropped. Due to a cold front from Canada hitting the warm air down here, we had the biggest thunder storm I had ever seen. It started just after LOST began, Distant lightning at first, then grew, stronger and stronger. By the second commercial break, the lightning strikes were so frequent, that I decided to go down stairs with a flashlight to tell my mother and brother that if the power went out that I would come to them, because I had the flashlights. Before I could get down the stairs, the power flashed out. The wind was blowing so fast outside, the the wearther stripping began to vibrate like a buzz saw ( I found out the next day that the weather service clocked the wind at 85 MPH) We all sat in the den and waited for the power to come back on. We recited old funny jokes and anecdotes from Montey python until the storm passed. When it finally let up we ventured outside, and were pissed off to find the everyone on the opposite side of the road, had power! After debating on what to due next, we decided the power wasn't coming on any time soon. So we all went to bed. It was hard sleeping in a 82 degree bedroom, I now relies the importance of having a battery powered fan on hand just Incas of such an event. The power returned at 2:30 AM Approx, and thanks to the power of Bittorent, I didn't miss LOST.

Worst Thunderstorm Ever!!!

Hurricane Rita, was pushed away from Dallas by a warm air trough moving in from the pacific, so we didn't see a bit of rain. We cannot forget what happened four years ago, innocent people died, an American symbol of freedom was destroyed, and like a lightswitch just turned off, the world was changed. We live in a world called Post 9/11, just that fact alone can tell you how greatly the USA and the world was effected by two buildings being destroyed wrongfully. We must remember that as soon as we forget what happened on 9/11, we will become venerable to another attack.

On a lighter note, today is Mobys birthday. I believe that ones personal life should be released on the internet via a blog only at the authors digression, I don't like to get to personal, but I don't want to be boring. Usually ill just post my plans for the near future, or my plans for Evanix Saga. I hope now, that in the future I can start expressing my opinions and other inside feelings shit more. Anyway, on the Topic of Evanix Saga, The first comic launched yesterday, and it was a complete success. By success I mean the web site didn't burn into flames. I loved the cinimatagrophy style and I felt that the characters were very captivating, I together there motives were sometimes hard to understand. I watched it in Korean with English subtitles, so I couldn't tell you how the dubing was. I have a policy on foreign movies, I never watch them in English, this excludes anime (unless the dubbing is really poor) and movies made in English speaking nation (Canada, United Kingdom) On of the things that caught my eye about this film, is that Quenten Tarintino (Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill) Judged this film, and said it was one of his favorites. Seeing as Mr. Tarintino is a one of the definite movie geniuses of our time, I felt I should take his word for it. If you like Revenge crime dramas, you will love OLDBOY, just don't watch it in English!

Eureka 7 Ownez Gundam Seed Destiny

Okay, two weeks ago I started watching two animes, One was Gundam Seed Destiny, the other was Eureka 7. Now Gundam Seed was "interesting" so I figured it might me neat to check out the sequel Gundam Seed Destiny. Well after about five episodes of GSD I thought I'd give it a break, and watch this other anime Eureka 7. Now all I new about Eureka 7 was from what I read from this guy So I thought it might be cool. I watched the first episode, and after that I was hooked. I can't stop thinking of this series. Probably because its by Bones (Cowboy Bebop, Rahxephon) their series usually get me hooked. Eureka 7 is definitely a better Mecha anime that GSD, I know it sounds weird, even to me, that I would dis a Gundam show. No offence to Tomino, but Eureka 7 just has that element of cool that we see so often in anime from bones. I will watch Gundam Seed Destiny but just not until Eureka 7 is over.

Evanix Redux

I want announce that I'm currently redoing Evanix Saga comics 1-5,The story and characters will stay the same, but the mecha design will slightly alter. Maui was great I really needed that vacation. I did not go one day with no less than 2 cheeseburgers thanks to the islands high variety in restaurants accessibility. I already uploaded all the pictures that I'm going to upload from the trip. My family is already talking about a vacation for spring break, although I do not think we will be going back to Hawaii any time soon. Nothing bad happened it's just that you run out of things to do quickly and buy the end of the second week you really start to miss home. There was internet but it was to expensive, to make a long story short, we didn't buy. My brother almost went Fucking bat-shit Loco, from the Star Wars Galaxies withdrawal, Thankfully I had my Space Ghost DVD's which are now probably in the lost and found at DFW due to my inability to aquire them before departing the air craft. Why I don;t really know. I leave for Hawaii in two weeks so probably wasn't the best time for a spontaneous family reunion. Oh well probably wasn't meant to be. I don;t know what I'm going to do with all the DVD's and games I bought for the trip seeing as I don't have any time to watch it this week.

I whatched Volume one of the anime Planetes Saturday night. Planetes is my favorite manga so I thought that I would just by the anime. The DVD was far different than the Manga, but that's what you get when you span a 5 book series into a 26 episode show. A lot of it wasn't even in the book, and some of the costumes were different than in the book. But over all Planetes was the best anime DVD I have seen in a long time. I also purchased Gundam Seed vol.8 I've been a huge gundam fan sense Gundam Wing came out and I figured that it was time I finished off my GS collection so I could buy Gundam 0083, a series that I have been waiting to buy for years on end now.

Cartoon Network seems not to disappoint when it comes to delivering the anime. Paranoia Agent, S-cry-Ed, and Samurai Champloo deliver new episodes every Saturday, and Inuysha returns with even more highly suggestive "Clamp" like action, and FlCl returns. With this plethora of anime surely my entertainment needs can be meat on the anime front right? Well yes, I'm glad to see so many shows back on TV that I can look forward to, I just really wish they would bring back Full metal Alchemist, but that something that cant be helped can it. I guess CN will bring it back after all these other shows are done. Last tidbit of news, Space Ghost Returns! My favorite Adult Swim show is back on the air Sundays at 11:45pm finally Justice!

Wooden Farewells

There is destruction all around me. The house across the street, that has stood for maybe 50+ years, is scheduled for demolition tomorrow. Today they removed all the doors in the house and put up a containment fence wick means there just about to take off the roof. This is a real ironic turn of events because, I got the call that my brother and i's desks will be delivered Friday.

Our old desks must be destroyed because they are to flimsy to be moved. My desk has stood for roughly four years, it supported two computers, all my CD's and random crap that I shall not even mention. Its been a good desk, the keyboard try it came with, long gone, the support roof box thingies, coming off, the surface, scratched with pencil markings as the result of teenage angst. It was there when I first learedn HTML, and started evanix saga. This desk was more than just a desk it was my second bed. a place would spend many late nights drawing. Now, on its last night, I prepare to remove everything it once carried and send its remains to the dump. Goodbye nailed together wooden throne of my creativity, so long.

Now my brothers desk, good god, if it were a horse id shoot it. It is so condemned that all one must do to break it is push slightly to the left. The surface itself is bent from the weight of the fullscreen monitor. Damn, its not a pretty sight. Oh well thanks to the good people at pottery barn I shall have even better bed away from bed accommodations. Lets just hope my brother does'nt ruin his.

lookit!

Its Here! Evanix Saga is finally up. I finished all the drawings for the third comic, and I started work on the Chapter one cover art. Tonight I think ill wright the chapter one plot synopsis for the Evanix Saga Site.

The one thing I really wanted to do this weekend is watch the Anime short move, She And Her Cat. It's made by the same guy who did Voices of a distant star, which was a visually stunning masterpiece. Ill have to watch it tonight seeing as I have summer school, tomorrow.

Drivers ed starts tomorrow, I'm not looking forward to it. I think ill go see Star Wars again.

May The Force Be With You...

I saw Star Wars Episode III, Thursday with some friends. I loved it, defiantly the best of the prequil trilogy. I have never been one to judge the prequil trilogy to harshly, I cant say that I hated Episode I, and II, but I will say with out a doubt the Revenge of the Sith was the greatest of all three movies. I'm not going to give away any of the secrets (what little secrets are left) but I will tell you that this is the ultimate nostalgia blast for all Star Wars fans. This movie was not without its faults however. Some of the lines were corny, and the acting was week at times, but it was not enough to bring the film down. It was great seeing it on the premier date, everyone was cheering when the music started, and chebacca appeared everyone went crazy. I'm back to see it with my family tomorrow and again on Tuesday. For those who haven't seen it, keep you eyes out for the millennium falcon and George Lucas cameo.

Late Night Blogging.

Just in case you haven't seen it yet, Evanix Saga is back up. The teaser poster was put up Sunday night. This is the first step to rebuilding Evanix Saga. The next would be to actually do it over again. Production was going well until today when we hit a stand still. It wasn't anything like, writers block, or destruction of source material, my F'ng pencil jammed. But I was able repair the utensil, and production will begin again tomorrow. I plan to have several evanix saga related materials up this weekend either on the blog or the ES website.

Winding Down

*Yawn* Evanix Saga is almost back up. I put a teaser poster up on the site and changed the index template. I figured after a year of learning how to use HTML and Dreamweaver my website mite as well look like it. Dead week is tomorrow, the week before finals, which means most of my time will be spent studying. Evanix saga won;t be up until June first at the latest. Even with a date that far ahead, it's still a rush. My summer is not exactly a vacation, in June I will be attending summer school, drivers ED, Tutoring and topped off by going to the GYM, every day. On weekends I will ether be asleep or seeing Revenge of the site. In July iam off to Maui for 14 days, that ensures lots of pics and of course, two weeks with out Evanix saga. not to mention all the backed shows I will miss if the hotel doen't have Cartoon Network. *sigh* iam too tired to talk about vacation now, ill post with the details later.

The Real Work Begins

As of this moment I'm booting Evanix saga's status from Pre-production, to Production. But this could be just another one of there jokes. After all when they said that they were going to cancel Aqua Teen Hunger Force but they just gave us new episodes.

In other news,

Does this look like Super Man to you? Well belief it or not, this is not only the costume that will be featured in the new super man film, but the actor as well. I don;t know how to really react to this, But I would have to say that he looks vaguely like Christopher Reeves. The suite kinda looks like they didn't try very hard. Sure there are some differences but it looks a lot like the same costume. We will just have to wait till late 2005 or 2006 to see how this costume actually turns out.

Midori Days....WTF!?

I had to write a second post just for this. There have been a lot of anime that make me want to just scream WTF!? At the TV screen as loud as I could. Like Super milk chan or most notably the magical girl rip on Yukikaze, but this is just a mind fuck of an anime. Midori Days Wow, when I first saw this in Newtype USA's issue for may it made the words "Advanced Masturbation" pop into my mind. The second was, this looks like shoujo, which it probably is. Now IM not one to say that's shojo is just for women and gheys, ill read some shojo if it promises a good story and plot, and realistic artwork none of the Clamp crap. I just haven't found one yet. Chobits came close but after the first issue the story turned to poo. But any way back on topic. Through all the reviews I have read on this series, most have said it has catchy music and a splendid dub, the art looks fairly well done and the plot is unique enough to be worth watching if it ever came on TV. But its unlikely that we will ever see a TV show this unique on Adult Swim, Maybe the Anime channel if its lucky. Even though this looks like a pretty good anime, I won't be buying it. Most of my money is going to the rest of the Gundam Seed DVD's when the come out next month. And then I want to get God Gravion. its gonna be an expensive month.

Planning Takes Planning

This entry will mainly focus on things I accomplished this month, enjoy

Evanix Saga
On April sixth I placed Evanix saga, my web-comic/manga on a limited hiatus. I guess I should have been more clear on what my "Limited Hiatus meant". It meant that I was not intending on dragging the re-development of my comic into a year long period of re-planning and re-doing. But even with all my efforts to Re-do Evanix saga slowly and more detailed, I still finished early.

Fort Art
Fort art was a big step up for me. It wasn't like a Photobucket or a deviant art account, it was my own web site built from scratch. But why tare it down then? Its complicated but a really belief that fort art was way to plain just as it is now to due any good. The fort art will be much more eye catching and colorful this time.

School
School is out may 20th, nuff said.

Anime
I havent had a lot of anime addictions quite like the one I have with full metal Alchemist on Cartoon network latley. It is the first show that has made me stop whatever iam doing and lay down and watch. Sadly FMA takes a break on may 7th, which isn't all bad, because IM on vacation through July 14 and 28. Ghost in the shell was weird last night. It never seizes to amaze me how casual the cast is about the things around them. When section 9 disbanded last night they were all like "whatever, see-ya" bah! No nostalgia I can;t wait for second Gig to come out.

Music
Nine Inch Nails is coming out with a new album next month on the third. I must say the single "The Hand That Feeds" isn't all that bad so I will probably be buying there new album. I hevent had time to check out the Gorillaz new album but from what the guys over at Machall say it pretty good just real short.

One Week Left

At this time I can safely say that the Evanix Saga hiatus will be over in one week. That is no to say that all the comic re-do's will be done by then, just that all the Pre production work will be done by then. I try to due most of the Pre Production work between school work and off time, Its hard to find much time For work, but you get what you can get. Just tonight I drew two final mecha designs and one costume design. Tomorrow I want to get some interior designs drawn so I can start drawing Zai mecha and Ships. So far all I have done with the Zia Empire is draw character designs.

The Evanix Saga re-do comics should be all up in two weeks. After this week I can start doing all of the comics over again and then start on new material for Evanix Saga. It has taken up most of April to Just re-Create all of the work I should have done in the first place. I guess a comic as big as Evanix Saga can't just be created on a whim.

It's Late I should go to sleep now, BYE.

Testing...1,2,3

I Finished my 1/60 scale Freedom Gundam model kit yesterday, and i posted some pictures of it here It took me quite a while and i hope you enjoy the pics.

Tomorrow is Standerized test day at my school. Of course its just my luck that its the math test my achelies heal. The only thing that really bothers me is that it eats up four hours of my time. Sitting in the same chair for four hours with nothing better to due but complete tedious math problems and read a small book. This is a problem because i don't like to read. Well i like to read Manga, and Newtype USA but not novells. Its not that i have anything aginst books, it's just that iam not good at sitting still for long ammounts of time.

Some how i ll have to get through this math thing but still those four hours are gonna suck.

Fort Report: the PSP

Got my PSP a week ago And i can't put this thing down. I know thats its more than just a game system but i bearly use anything else. Theres not much you can do with out a large memory stick. the one that came with the PSP can bearly hold a few pictures and MP3 so its not much use beyond saving games. I knew i needed a bigger memory card if i wanted to test the memory limits of the PSP it self. I don't have anywhere the ammount needed to purchase a 1GB memory card (MSRP $150.00) i would have to do some waiting and saving to buy a 512MB (MSRP $80.00) so i bit the bullet andbaught a 256MB card (MSRP $60.00). With this new card I was able to test all the features of the PSP.

But how good is the PSP extra features compared to other portable media players. As far as image veiwers go the PSP is far superior to other PMPs. The PSP's video play back, with downloaded videos quality varies. Of course Video and Sound Quality matters so you have to search for the Best video files you can. But thats just half of the battle. The PSP will only play Mp4(Mpeg 4) video files, so you can do one of three things. 1.) only download MP4 files, this means hunting down specifically for MP4 files 2.)Buy a Sony audio converision software that will run you about 50 bucks 3.) Get your hands slightly dirty buy downloading a japanese freeware and converting the Video files to MP4. This generally works best with AVI Files.

The Audio playback is very bulky, compared to other MP3 players on the market the PSP is no substitute. Compares to my iPod, my PSP is a horrible MP3 player. Is bulky. its button arrangment is awfull, and for some god-samned reason, it has a fast forward and rewind function. Plus even with the 1GB memory card the PSP can only hold 166 songs compared to 5,000 songs or 10,000 songs (depending on hard drive space you have) The bitter truth is that PSP cannot Compeit with the iPod in terms of MP3 Players. The image veiwer is one of the best parts. The biiger the image the better, it shows up in huge detail.

And of course the games. Wile Untold Legends is good in terms of an RPG, It's games like Lumnis, Mercury, and wipeout Pure. the graphics are PS2 quality, and every game is truly worth every penny.

First Postage-ness

Alright, first post. I set up this space to hold all of my posts from this point on from fort art.com. The fact is that i no longer have time for the extensive process it takes to make blog posts in an unautomatted service. This is an automatted and much needed service that blogger is providing for my web site. Still on fort art there will be a sketch gallery, a colored gallery and hell even a sketch dump gallery, but no blog. this is official blog for Fort Artl.com, all photographs will be posted on Flicker. So all i can say is enjoy.
